MJMI Construction & Trading, Incorporated is a Filipino enterprise based in Imus, Cavite. It was established in 1998 under the business name of MJMI CONSTRUCTION & TRADING, Single Proprietorship. On February 16, 2007 it turned to a Corporation.

MJMI Construction & Trading, Inc. continues to progress by becoming more confident in its expertise. It is now a Triple A construction company and electro-mechanical contractor for the CALTEX Philippines, Inc., TOTAL Petroleum Philippines Corp., PETRON Philippines, UNIOIL Petroleum Philippines, REAL ESTATE Developer, NHA, DPWH, MWSS and MANILA WATER CO. A host of businessmen owning a variety of commercial complexes, commercial showroom, modern food chains, roads and site development and housing.

Heading MJMI Construction & Trading, Inc. are the tandem of Mr. Wilfredo C. Maliksi and Mrs. Editha S. Maliksi whose vision perception in business handling have pushed the company towards greater viability and make a competent construction firm.

Our Vision

To continually improve our position as one of the leading contractors of Manila Water Company and Maynilad Water Services Inc., looking forward for more options and flexibility when it comes to nature of work as involvement on some big projects such as Steel Pipelaying, Ductile Pipelaying, Pipe Bursting, and Sewerage System and soon to penetrate the industry of DPWH particularly highways, bridges and other horizontal infrastructures.
